Empowering users to become more health-conscious through the app
the challenge
Guided by the premise of customer care, Adeslas' Health and Well-being service developed health plans on a web platform.
Our mission was to redesign the user flows and 'look and feel' to adapt them for a mobile app, enhancing the overall user experience.
The goal was to empower users to take control of their health through the app’s features while building brand affinity.
Heuristic and usability analysis of the platform
UX Audit
Our initial phase involved analyzing the existing platform to identify its strengths and weaknesses in both design and performance.
These insights, combined with the requirements gathering, laid the foundation for our design strategy and helped us prioritize the high-impact areas that needed to be addressed.
design system
Building a scalable UI kit to ensure visual consistency
Leveraging Adeslas’ style guides and design system, we developed a visual system tailored to the specific needs of the platform’s diverse features.
This UI Kit operated in parallel with the brand’s global design system, ensuring all styles were harmonized so users felt consistently within the Adeslas ecosystem.
design
We designed the entire application by leveraging the component library we had previously developed.
UI design
User testing to validate the implemented design
user test
As features were released, we conducted user testing to verify if the solutions met user needs and to identify any friction points.
We documented our findings in a detailed report and implemented design iterations to further enhance the user experience
