Upgrading the Decathlon mobile app to meet modern design standards
The Challenge
Our primary goal was evolving the Decathlon mobile app to align with modern design standards and improve user engagement.
They provided defined User Stories for us to analyze and design; meanwhile, they tasked us with developing a roadmap for future product evolutions.

The team performed a full app mapping, developed user stories, and created component libraries. We defined new components, organized the interfaces, and redefined user flows.
