Since I was young, I have used art as a way to communicate emotions and as a means to help others. Whether through music, drawing, or writing, every discipline was a tool to explore my interests.

I became interested in learning how to translate people's needs through graphic design, and later, through digital and service design.

My experience spans UI design, user research, team and project management, and developing strategies for new business opportunities.

Problem Analysis

The process begins with identifying and gaining a deep understanding of the challenge, where the problem is broken down into key components and decisions are made based on qualitative and quantitative data. This ensures that the design addresses real needs and is aligned with business objectives.
